We were at your restaurant on Sat at lunch. It was fabulous. We were upstairs and the server was so nice. We ordered mashed Rutabaga--it was wonderful. Tonight we tried to duplicate it. Not possible without the recipe. BUT, the chef might try mixing mashed Rutabaga with caramalized onions with the mashed Rutabaga and then add lemon juice. We thought it was wonderful. The lemon juice adds alot of zip !!!! WE SHALL BE BACK !!!!! You are one of our favorites. Let me know how you like our Ruterbeger Recipe.... Hope to see you soon sjKnott
